She transformed Innova from a struggling operation into a thriving company with over 50 employees, implementing the systems and professional standards that allow genuine care to scale. A multi-passionate entrepreneur and advocate for ethical business practices, Coraline leads with the conviction that cleaning isn’t just a service—it’s about creating environments where people thrive.
With over 38 years of experience in the cleaning industry across Australia and internationally, Pascal brings unmatched operational expertise. He started Innova overseas in 1988 and continued building it after moving to Australia in the 1990s. Today, Pascal oversees operations with the same dedication that built the business—keeping his finger on the pulse while ensuring every site meets Innova’s exacting standards. His deep knowledge of all facets of commercial cleaning makes him a sought-after consultant in the industry.
